In the event that you are not able to contact us by phone, please send us an email with all the information you would like to know or try call back a short while later. Sometimes we may be out, on another call, or otherwise unable to answer the phone at that moment. We thankyou for your understanding. Calling hours are between 8am-6pm.

When you book in we will need an email address in order to send you our disclaimer form - alternatively they can be download here on the website. If you don't have access to a printer, you can now fill the form out on your PC/Device and send it via email
ALL players will need to have one filled out and signed by an appropriate adult in order to play on the day.

Our Location

Lot 626 Intake Road, Redlynch.
INSIDE the Crystal Cascades Horse Park - They have a huge open-sided shed.
Roughly 10 minutes drive into the valley, on the right hand side of the road.

COVID-19 INFORMATION

Please read the information provided before you contact us in case your question has been answered.

 

Infection Control Measures

We strongly encourage you to follow guidelines from the World Health Organisation, Australian Government, Queensland Government and QLD Health on infection control whilst at CCHP and in your daily life which include:
Practice Good Hygiene
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes with your elbow or a tissue
  • Put used tissues straight into the bin
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water, including before and after eating and after going to the toilet
  • use antibacterial-based hand sanitisers
  • avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
Practice Social Distancing
  • keep 1.5 meters away from others
  • avoid physical greetings such as handshaking
  • avoid public gatherings and at-risk groups
PLEASE NOTE:
Once a session commences should a participant become ill or Lasertag staff are concerned that:
  • a participant is unwell (displaying symptoms associated with Covid 19)
  • not complying with access, hygiene or distancing requirements as outlined above,
our staff have the right to remove the participant from the session and the participant and their accompanying household members must leave CCHP immediately.

If after participating in a Lasertag session a participant or household member become sick or learn that they have been in contact with a confirmed case of Covid 19 they must advise Lasertag immediately so that Laser Tag can assist with contact tracing.

Ongoing COVID-19 limitations:

Max of 26 people per session including spectators. Exact numbers are essential in advance.

Players will need to bring a completed and signed disclaimer form with them (these can be found on our website, we will also attach it to your booking email).
If you need to use the bathroom before or after the session we can direct you to the designated Lasertag patrons bathroom.
Please don't bring pets.

All players will need enclosed shoes, long pants (no shorts), a hat and sunscreen and they must have their own water bottle (no shared coolers, eskys etc)
